2lbs top/round beef cut
1.5tsp salt
1.5tsp garlic powder
1.5tsp parsley
1.5tsp cumin
1.5tsp smoked paprika
1 whole lime juice
2 tsp olive oil
20g light butter for cooking the steak

Chipotle Creamy Potatoes
2lbs raw white pitatoes cubed
2tsp Italian herbs
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp paprika
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil (optional)
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
100g red onion chopped
1 tsp Italian herbs
50g chipotle chili paste
250ml light evaporated milk
100g light cream cheese
30g grated parm
freshly chopped parsley
Marinate the steak bites for at least 30 mins, then cook on medium high heat for 2-3 mins on each side in some butter to develop a crust.
Bake or air fry the potatoes for 20-22 mins at 400ºF.
Cook the garlic and onions for 5 mins until soft then add the herbs and chipotle paste. Mix well, then addd the milk. After mixed together add the potatoes to the sauce.
